In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

Bet Settlement: Bets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body or game provider. In the case of cricket markets, results are based on the official scorecard published by the ICC, BCB, or the relevant tournament authority. In the event of a dispute, c77c's decision on settlement is final.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake amounts for individual bets vary by market and are displayed at the point of bet placement. c77c reserves the right to apply individual account-level stake restrictions at its sole discretion.

System Errors: In the event that a game or betting market is affected by a technical error, software malfunction, or incorrect odds display, c77c reserves the right to void all affected bets and refund the original stake amounts. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the c77c Platform. Any User found to have engaged in any of the following activities will have their Account suspended or permanently terminated, all Funds may be forfeited, and c77c reserves the right to pursue legal remedies where applicable:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under the same name or using alternative identity information
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity, age, or payment information during registration or KYC
• Using the Platform for any purpose connected with money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity
• Engaging in collusion with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with the Platform in any manner not expressly authorised by c77c
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to obtain winnings that would not have been achievable under normal operating conditions
